No. 13544 of 2018 (Surendra Singh @ Surendra Mahto Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

The direction contained in the order dated 26.11.2019 is complied with and affidavit/show-cause has been filed by the

Patna High Court MJC No.5327 of 2018(4) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 Circle Officer, Vikram, Patna.

We find that the decision stands taken by the appropriate authority on 04.12.2019, as such, the contempt application is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise the grievance otherwise available before the concerned authorities in accordance with law.
