Heard the parties.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instruction submits that petitioner has appeared at the examination.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board would submit that the examination Board is required to strictly follow the guideline framed by the respondent State. If the petitioner has any grievance as to

Patna High Court CWJC No.3858 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 modality of the examination, it would be appropriate that the petitioner may approach appropriate authority, namely, the Director, Secondary Education and the Director, Secondary Education may take appropriate decision. Unless there is change in the modality, it would be difficult for the examination Board to grant any indulgence to this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director, Secondary Education by filing comprehensive representation and the Director, Secondary Education shall address the grievance of the petitioner and decide the representation by reasoned speaking order within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
