2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 306 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had left her home herself and she started working in a factory in Rajasthan. She has not alleged anything against this petitioner.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8821 of 2025(4) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai/concerned Court in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 306 of 2023.
