2. The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the concern respondent to take lawful action upon the representation dated 3.1.2024 filed by the petitioners (as contained in Annexure P/4);

(ii) for further directing to the concern respondent to create Jamabandi in the name of the petitioners with respect to the disputed plots which has been wrongly run in the name of respondents and their father also;

(iii) for the writ petitioners also pray before his Hon'ble Court to issue writ or writs, order or orders and direction or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and

Patna High Court CWJC No.2553 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 3/3 proper in facts and circumstances of this case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that their simple prayer is to dispose of the representation pending before the Additional Collector, Katihar (Annexure-P/4 to the petition).

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if such petition has been preferred, the concerned respondent is duty bound to take the same to its logical conclusion.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of directing the Additional Collector, Katihar to take the representation of the petitioner (Annexure-P/4) to its logical conclusion in next six months.
