The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.J.C.No.6787 of 2012, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 17.06.2014. Considering the facts and circumstances, the restoration petition is allowed.

Accordingly, M.J.C.No.6787 of 2012 be restored to its original file. It is clarified that if the order dated 17.06.2014 passed in M.J.C.No.6787 of 2012 is not complied within a period of four weeks from today, M.J.C.No.6787 of 2012 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
