2. The present petition has been filed:- "for modification of the order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No 65430 of 2024 by the Hon'ble Court whereby the Court has been pleased to admit the petitioner to the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Manuapool P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024."

3. Earlier Cr. Misc. No. 65430 of 2024 was filed which came to be allowed on 01.10.2024 and the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13204 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 were to surrender in next four weeks.

4. Both the petitioners chose the look other way for four months and now a modification petition has been filed citing medical emergency which prevented them from taking steps.

5. Save and except the two words (medical emergency) neither the same has been explained nor any document is there to show the bonafide.

6. In that background, no relief can be granted. Accordingly, the modification petition stands rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U T
