The petitioner seeks bail in Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended along with other accused persons and from her possession stolen mobile etc. Were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Rinki Devi @ Rekha Devi has been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24097 of 2014. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing as that of Rinki

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34609 of 2014 (3) dt.15-01-2015 Devi @ Rekha Devi, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014.
