JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-01-2019 Having regard to the allegation levelled by the prosecutrix, the Court is not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail, is hereby rejected.

However, the Court below is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest preferably within a period of nine months, failing which, in the event the trial is not concluded within time frame as indicated herein above and there is no lapse on the part of the petitioner, the Court below shall consider the desirability of release of the petitioner after nine months.
