JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "For direction to the respondents to ensure that there shall be no illegal or unauthorized interference by third persons in peaceful possession of the petitioner on the land obtained as per the Civil Court decree and delivery of possession in Execution Case No.

303 of 1924 arising out of Ejectment Suit no.267 of 1920 and also by dismissal of Title Appeal No.32 of 1936 and decree dated 21.7.1973.

(b) For direction to the respondents to protect the right to property of the petitioner given under Article 300A of the Constitution of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1204 of 2023(2) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 India from illegal and unauthorized intervention by third person in enjoyment of his right to property."

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Siwan and the Superintendent of Police, Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate steps shall be taken in accordance with law, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
