The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he made an attempt to ravish the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 08.01.2015 complaint was filed on 13.01.2015 which came to be registered as police case on 10.02.2015 and the petitioner side also lodged a complaint on 14.01.2015 against the informant side.
A statement has been made in paragraph 3
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32791 of 2015 (02) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The delayed lodging of the complaint constitutes a ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
