ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2016 in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 507 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, he has not been named in the F.I.R. but subsequently, his name has come in the confessional statement of one Mayank Kumar who has since been extended the privilege of bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 14898 of 2016 vide order dated 17.05.2016.

No.23383 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner being similarly situated, let the abovenamed petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 507 of 2015.
