JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH) 03-12-2019 Through the present Letters Patent Appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment and order dated 18.08.2018, passed by a learned single Judge in CWJC No. 15699 of 2014, rejecting the writ petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment being adopted son of deceased employee.

After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with a liberty to challenge the order dated 01.02.2013, passed by the District Magistrate as Chairman of the District Compassionate

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1818 of 2018(3) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 Appointment Committee whereby the claim of the appellant has been rejected.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the present appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforementioned.
