2. Pursuant to the last order dated 28.02.2024, the opposite party no. 3, the Registrar, Patna University namely, Dr. Khagendra Kumar is present in the Court.

3. It is unfortunate that despite the order having been complied, the University do not deem it fit and proper to prepare statement of fact and provide the same to the University

4. On the last occasion, since there was no assistance on the part of the Patna University, this Court was constrained to direct physical appearance of the Registrar who is present.

5. A show cause has been filed on his behalf showing compliance of the order, copy having been served upon the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

6. This Court is satisfied that the order stands complied with.

7. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that if he has still any grievance, he will be making appropriate representation before appropriate authority. Such liberty is always available to the employee/citizen and no further direction is required.

8. M.J.C. No. 245 of 2019 stands disposed of.

9. The personal appearance of the Registrar, Patna University is dispensed with.
