2. As a matter of last indulgence, this case is adjourned for one week with a specific direction that if none appears on behalf of the petitioners on the next appointed date then appropriate order shall be passed.

4. Today also upon repeated calls, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. It appears to this Court that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter any further.

5. As such, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
