Case No. 349 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the statement of the victim girl has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has categorically stated that she married with co-accused on her own sweet will and medical report disclosed that she is major, which will appear from Annexures 2 and 3.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4339 of 2020(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019.
