The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah (T) Kalibag P.S. Case No. 421 of 2020 registered under Sections 326, 307, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the first information report has been lodged after a lapse of 15 days of the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner no.
