The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that when bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled, he was lodged in jail in connection with another case and information regarding the aforesaid fact was given to the concerned court but in spite of that the concerned court did not issue production warrant and cancelled the bail bond of the petitioner on 29.10.2013.

Moreover, petitioner got bail in the above stated case, he voluntarily surrendered before the court below on 24.2.2015 and since then he is languishing in jail custody.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II, Bagaha District West Champaran in Sessions trial no. 110/2013 arising out of
