JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and others by axe, kulhari and khanti causing injuries to them.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no ladies and children have received injury and the injury report of the injured, which has been annexed as Annexure-2 series disclosed that injuries are simple in nature, except one injury on finger and it appears to be a case of free fight due to

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Banka, in connection with Bounsi P.S.
