The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2022 in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 245 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation, the present bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge or after completing one year in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
