The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020 dated 04.01.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. but the accusation of firing is on co-accused Manish and Chhote @ Vivek. So far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only alleged in a general way that he too had participated in the occurrence. Mr. Bharti, learned counsel for the petitioner has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17203 of 2021(3) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 submitted that because the Informant is having a dispute with the father of the petitioner, the petitioner who is a young student has also been made accused in this case.

The petitioner does not have criminal antecedent. Considering this aspect of the matter, the petitioner was granted provisional bail by this Court vide order dated 07.03.2022.

In the event of nothing having been found otherwise in the police papers, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner is hereby confirmed.

The petitioner shall remain on the same bail bonds. The application stands allowed.
