Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364(a)/34 of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, all the FIR accused persons including these petitioners abducted husband of the informant for ransom and threatened to kill him if the same was not delivered.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that victim has denied the prosecution story

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6734 of 2022(3) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 and has not named the petitioners in his statement recorded under Section 161 of Cr.P.C.

Considering statement of the victim recorded under Section 161 of Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Madhepura in Kumarkhand P. S. Case No. 59 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
