Petitioner is not named in the first information report and the informant claims that two unknown persons opened fire on him. The impugned order reveals that one motorcycle was recovered from the place of occurrence and the aforesaid motorcycle stood in the name of mother of the petitioner. Furthermore, it appears that witnesses have stated that petitioner used to drive the aforesaid motorcycle.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
