This application for grant of regular bail arises out of (G.R. No. 2781 of 2021), Karja P.S. Case No. 178 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the IPC.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. During investigation local witnesses have said that the deceased died in her parents home and after her death her body was taken away by her family members and dropped in the house of the petitioner. Thereafter, her post-mortem has been done and the opinion is reserved. There is no ante-mortem injury upon the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2021. He has a two year old daughter who is staying with the petitioner's parents.

Considering the trial of the case, will take time, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6675 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-V (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 178 of 2021.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial.
