2. The accused/petitioners are named in the FIR and apprehending their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.414 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 307, 506, 386 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegation against the petitioners is to stop the ongoing construction of the house of the informant and also to ask ransom money along with named and unknown accused persons. It is further alleged to open fire while running away from the place of occurrence.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for petitioners that the present allegation raised in the background of land dispute, which is apparent from the face of FIR itself. It is submitted that just to aggravate the accusation, allegation of asking ransom was raised against petitioner through present FIR through where admittedly, no money in furtherance of said ransom demand was paid. It is submitted that the allegation of firing is not available against above-named petitioners.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as allegation raised in the background of land dispute, where allegation of firing not appears available specifically against petitioners, coupled with the fact that ransom money as alleged not prima facie appears paid, accordingly, both petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with
