In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015 registered for offences under Sections 341, 342, 506, 323 and 354(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that while the victim was cutting grass the accused persons gagged her mouth and brought her to village Bishanpur village. She was confined in the house of one Md. Jashim. The sister of Md. Tatuli informed the mother of the informant and the other villagers. Thereafter, the informant's mother, brother and many villagers came there and rescued the victim girl.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23685 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Md. Tutali @ Md. Jiyauddin has been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 44567 of 2015. As per the First Information Report, the only allegation has been made that the girl was in the house of Md. Jashim, so it cannot be compared in the present case.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Md. Puran, be released on bail on or after 21st of July, 2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015.
