2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 31.10.2018 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, West Champaran in Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 383 of 2016.

3. By the impugned order, the discharge application of the petitioner has been dismissed for default as none had appeared in the Court below. Similarly today, none had appeared to press this application and it appears that the discharge application as well as the present application have been filed for delaying the proceedings of the case.

4. The allegations against the petitioners are serious in nature and this Court finds no ground to interfere in the impugned order as prima facie case has been found for trial.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. The trial is directed to be expedited and be concluded at the earliest.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, West Champaran through FAX for its compliance.
