In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2015 registered for offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation, some unknown criminals committed robbery and on the point of the gun took away jewelries of the wife of informant and also snatched mobile of the informant.
During investigation, the Police could trace the looted material which was recovered from one Jamwant Bind who under section 164 Cr.PC made a specific statement, he has received the said material from the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23505 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected.
