The petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2016 in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the work in question has been completed, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S.
