It appears that name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Naresh Sahni and the aforesaid co-accused, Naresh Sahni has already been granted privilege of bail but the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by the court below only on the ground of less period of custody of the petitioner in jail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
