The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69242 of 2018 by which the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertantly due to typographical error, in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. of 69242 of 2018, O.P. No. 2 has been typed as 'The District Manager, S.F.C., Darbhanga' in place of 'The District Manager, S.F.C., Saharsa", hence, the same occurred in the cause title of order dated 31.07.2019.

Let in the order dated 31.07.2019, the O.P. No. 2 be read as 'The District Manager, S.F.C., Saharsa' in place of 'The District Manager, S.F.C., Darbhanga'.

The order dated 31.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69242 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
