The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with P.R. No. 29 of 20-21 (Excise P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020) registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery or alleged Tempo and has no concern with co-accused Vishal Sah. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16875 of 2021(3) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with P.R.
