Admittedly, the victim made her statement u/S 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, disclosing this fact that being major, she solemnized her marriage with petitioner by her own sweet will and after marriage, she became pregnant due to the aforesaid wedlock.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kurhani P.S.
