JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is said to have given farsa blow causing head injury to the informant. The informant sustained altogether five injuries and injury No. 1 has been found on scalp of the informant and the aforesaid injury is said to have been caused by sharp cutting but admittedly, the said injury is simple in nature. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
