The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.372 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 341, 353, 427, 504 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced a web copy of the order dated 18.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67288 of 2021 by which similarly situated accused persons, namely, Manish Singh and Rajesh Singh have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6234 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 18.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67288 of 2021, this application is also allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.372 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
