Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 69 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307/ 354/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the prosecution side. One Ramanand Paswan has sustained grievous injury. Rajendra Paswan is said to have assaulted the injured. There is no specific allegation of assault against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16982 of 2021(6) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 petitioner No. 2 (Ranjan Paswan) and the nature of dispute is of trivial nature.

In view of the specific allegation of assault against the petitioner No. 1 (Rajendra Paswan), his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is dismissed.

So far as petitioner No. 2 is concerned, there is no specific allegation against him and the dispute is of trivial nature, his prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner No. 2 (Ranjan Paswan) above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 69 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
