JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section27 of the Arms Act. The name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Bipin Kumar @ Teni Singh and it appears that except the confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused namely, Bipin Kumar @ Teni Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 29-02-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51558 of 2015.

No.24869 of 2016 (3) dt.20-06-2016 2/2 Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
