JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of POCSO Act. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they dashed their motorcycle to the cycle of the informant and when she fell down they started outraging her modesty by catching her hand and when she tried to raise alarm they shut her mouth.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole allegation is false and concocted and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4814 of 2019(5) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 circumstances, let petitioner, above named, surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of the materials available on the record.
