JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 20 of the NDPS Act.

The informant being SHO, Alauli P.S. raided the house of the petitioner on the information that petitioner is indulging in trafficking of ganja and consequently recovered 3.5 K.G of ganja kept concealed in fodder.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is from the open area and from the joint family premises, moreover, the investigation has already concluded.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the recovery between small and commercial quantity and the investigation being concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of
