2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in compliance of the order of the Court dated 09.02.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16760 of 2016, the authorities have passed an order.
3. In such view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to assail the order dated 31.05.2017 before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
