This application is for modification in the petition of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4836 of 2019 as well as modification of order dated 20.02.2020 passed in aforesaid criminal appeal whereby the appellants were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are full brothers and they are sons of Late Devan Ray which would be evident from their Aadhar Card, a copy of the same has been produced.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8918 of 2021(3) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 However, due to wrong mentioning of father's name in the complaint based F.I.R., it was typed in the memo of appeal as Ramjee Rai, Son of Late Sita Rai and Angad Rai, Son of Late Bechan Rai.

Their prayer for modification is allowed.

Let the memo of appeal as well as order dated 20.02.2020 be treated as corrected to the extent that father's named of both the appellants /petitioners be corrected as Late Devan Ray.

Time for furnishing bail bond is extended for further four weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation, this modification application stands allowed.
