The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife of the petitioner made allegation that the petitioner subjected her to physical and mental torture due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and she was dragged out from the house while she was pregnant.

Petitioner is in jail since 13.05.2015. Petitioner being the husband is in jail for more than three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
