Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that daughter of the informant was married to one Ranjeet Jha who had illicit relationship with his sister-inlaw. On protest made by the daughter of the informant, she was beaten up and ultimately she was killed. Allegation against the petitioners is that they are also involved in the incident. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are in custody since 28.3.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against the petitioners. Petitioners are gotias of the husband of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. Other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 23893 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. no. 23258 of 2016. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24918 of 2016 (3) dt.08-08-2016 2/2 eleven years of marriage.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case no. 250 of 2015.
