The petitioner seeks bail in Govindgunj P.S. Case No. 191 of 2013 corresponding to Tr. No. 5626 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 387 and some other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner called him on mobile from his mobile no. 7352008334 and threatened not to depose in the murder case of Prem Pandey.

It is submitted that the evidence of the informant has already been recorded in the murder case of Prem Pandey. The petitioner is in jail since 24.09.2013. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 1 year and 4 months. Co-accused Shree

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34652 of 2014 (3) dt.16-01-2015 Narayan Pandey has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Govindgunj P.S. Case No. 191 of 2013 corresponding to Tr. No. 5626 of 2014, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner and if the petitioner commits any other crime his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
