Mr.Ramesh Chandra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 909 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was arrested while fleeing away along with other accused persons after snatching 28.5 thousand rupees from a co-passenger in a tempo.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 2.10.2019, charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5804 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 909 of 2019, subject to the condition that he has to appear in the court as and when required, otherwise the court below shall cancel his bail bonds.
