2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 21.06.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1743 of 2008, wherein while granting liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Medical Education and Family Welfare, Government of Bihar, Patna, who in turn was directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners. The representation was directed to be filed within one week whereafter same was

Opposite party No.2 / the Secretary, Department of Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare, Government of Bihar, Patna has filed the show cause, wherein, in paragraph No.7 it has been stated that pursuant to the order of this Court passed in the writ petition the petitioners did not file representation before the Secretary, Department of Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare, Government of Bihar, Patna within stipulated period of one week in the order.

4. In view of the above position, I find that no case of contempt is made out.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
