JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No.323 of 2015 registered under Sections 365 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the involvement of the petitioners in a case under Section 392 and 365 of the Penal Code, who are accused in at least four other cases of more or less identical nature, I am not inclined to grant them bail even though they are in custody since 21st July, 2015.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24832 of 2016 (2) dt.06-06-2016 2/2 rejected.
It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the trial of the case is going and some of the witnesses have already been examined.
In case the trial is not concluded within seven months from the date of communication of the order, the petitioners would be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail before the court below itself.
