Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 376G of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they ravished to the informant and unmarried girl. Perused the case diary and medical report.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail in connection with Chakia Police Station Case No. 231 of 2018 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8158 of 2019(3) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 Motihari, East Champaran.

Hence, their prayer for bail is refused.
