2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order of the State Remission Board dated 14.12.2023 and the petitioner is also seeking a direction
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.362 of 2024(4) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 upon the respondent authorities for his pre-mature release in connection with Sessions Trial No. 394 of 2002 arising out of Bihar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2001.
3. Today the learned counsel for the State has produced the proceedings of the Sentence Remission Board dated 17.7.2025 which shows that the petitioner has been recommended for release.
4. In these circumstances, this application has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is disposed of.
5. A copy of the proceedings dated 17.07.2025 is taken on record.
