JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 21-02-2015 on the accusation that one loaded country-made pistol along with one cartridge was recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent except one case which had been registered against him in the year, 2006 for the offence under Sections-457 & 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
