ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 3.6.2014 in Wazirganj P.S. Case No.175/12 for the offence under Sections 307, 379, 427, 324, 147, 148 and 149 of the I.P.C. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner's daughter had earlier been subjected to the case of eve teasing by the informant and sequel to which the present case has been lodged against the informant bearing Wazirganj P.S.Case No.244 of 2012 by the sister of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the informant himself was having criminal antecedent and had been in the habit of teasing girls and women of the locality. It is further submitted that only sequel to that incident the petitioner has been named in the present case.
